Samsung Galaxy On7 (2016) listed on company's website

The smartphone is the successor to Galaxy On7 lauched last year.

Samsung has launched the successor of its Galaxy On7 smartphone for the Chinese market at a price of CNY 1,599 (approx Rs 16,000). The device was listed on company’s official website.

The company also teased its Galaxy On5 (2016) on its website. But the pricing, specifications and the availability of the smartphone are yet to be disclosed.

Talking of the specifications, the galaxy On7 sports a 5.5-inch full HD TFT display with 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution and is powered by a 2GHz Snapdragon 625 processor paired with Adreno 506 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It runs on Android 6.1 Marshmallow and supports dual SIM functionality.

On the camera front, the device offers a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, while there is an 8MP front facing camera also on board. It has 32GB of internal storage capacity which is expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card.

The Galaxy On7 (2016) packs in a fingerprint scanner integrated in home button at the front. It is juiced by a 3300mAh battery and supports fast charging. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v 4.2, and GPS.
