The news that Uttarakhand high court chief justice K.M. Joseph, who recently quashed President’s Rule in the state, has been transferred to the Andhra Pradesh high court was expected. The National Democratic Alliance government is behaving arrogantly. Justice Joseph had made a mark with his observations about the President and the Centre during the hearings of Uttarakhand chief minister Harish Rawat’s petition challenging President’s Rule. The Centre is showing its power.
