Hillary can’t become US President: Carly Fiorina

In an unhinged personal attack, Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina dug up the extra-marital trysts of Hillary Cinton’s husband and said the Democratic frontrunner cannot become the US President as she continues to lie to the American people.

“Hillary Clinton will do anything to gain and hang on to power, anything,” corporate leader-turned-politician Ms Fiorina said during the GOP undercard presidential debate in Iowa. “Listen, if my husband did what Bill Clinton did, I would have left him long ago,” the 61-year-old said.

Ms Clinton (68) is eyeing to become the first woman President of the US and is likely to win Democratic Party nomination. A former First Lady, Ms Clinton served as the secretary of state in the first term of the Barack Obama administration.

Ms Fiorina, a former Hewlett-Packard CEO who is struggling to gain traction before voters head to the caucuses, unleashed a series of crowd-pleasing insults at Ms Clinton and said that Hillary continues to lie to the American people.

“It’s called the Clinton way. Both Bill and Hillary practice it, the Clinton way. Say whatever you have to say, do whatever you have to say. Lie as long as you can get away with it. Hillary Clinton cannot be the president of the US,” she said.

During the debate, Ms Fiorina lashed out at Ms Clinton on the 2012 Benghazi attack in Libya, when militants attacked the US diplomatic compound, killing ambassador J. Christopher Stevens.

While low on her poll numbers, Ms Fiorina said that she can successfully take on Ms Clinton during the presidential election.
