New Delhi: Continuing her humanitarian gestures of granting medical visas to Pakistanis desperately in need of medical treatment, external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj late on Monday evening ordered grant of visas to yet another Pakistani man in need of liver transplant surgery for which she earned tremendous praise on Twitter from Pakistanis.

“@SushmaSwaraj Respected mam please help us, my father needs liver transplant. His condition is very bad. Please issue the visa, I  request u mam pls,’ Pakistani man Hamid Ali Ashraf tweeted. Ms Swaraj replied, “Yes, we are granting visa for your father’s liver transplant surgery in India.”

To this another Pakistani man Waqas Amjad tweeted, “Good thanks a lot... This is a great gesture by India.. We Pakistanis give you huge applause on it. Stay blessed.” After this another Pakistani national tweeted, “Madam minister, you are Masiha (saviour) for Pakistani people. God Bless you.”

Just last week, Ms Swaraj had ordered the grant of Indian visas to another Pakistani man desperately in need of a liver transplant and a three year-old Pakistani girl for her open heart surgery.  The orders were issued after their kith and kin contacted Ms Swaraj on Twitter.
