Taylor Swift met her new boyfriend Tom Hiddleston’s mother last weekend during their trip to England. Taylor apparently bonded really well with Hiddleston’s family. Tom’s mother Diana was very pleased with her son’s choice. “Tom’s mom is just gushing about Taylor. She thinks Taylor is the loveliest. She was so happy to meet her. Taylor was almost immediately part of the family. She was very easy to get to know and to speak with. Tom’s family sees him as a big celebrity, but Taylor is clearly on another level,” a source told PEOPLE. “They were just trying to have as much normality as possible. They had the most normal family weekend you could possibly have,” the source added.

Meanwhile, Swift was recently spotted enjoying a romantic time with Hiddleston, in Rome, Italy.
