Chris Martin praises Rihanna

Lead singer of the rock band Coldplay Chris Martin, in an interview with The Guardian, spoke about his friend Rihanna’s talent.

The 39-year-old star said, “She is the Frank Sinatra of our generation. She can turn anything into gold with that voice. Rihanna’s voice is just delicious for your ear. Sinatra had the same thing; anything he sang sounded pleasing to most people.” He added, “Rihanna has this thick tone, so it’s very hard to annoy anybody. It’s like a beautifully squeezed tube of toothpaste,” he said.

Meanwhile, both the superstars are currently preparing to headline the upcoming Made in America festival, reports JustJared.com.
