Rajkummar happy to work with Kangana Ranaut again

Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao’s on screen pairing turned out to be a hit deal for Queen. The actress’ fate changes, and she became a superstar overnight. 

A lot of movies and controversies later, Kangana is now set to revive her pairing with Rajkummar again, and the actor is only glad to be able to share screen space with her. This, despite reports that after Queen’s success, Kangana had taken to meddling with her films. 

Says Rajkummar, “I’m happy to collaborate with Kangana again. I have no reasons to be worried, and to share screen space with her. I always enjoy it when I have good co-actors.”

The duo is set to act together in Mental Hai Kya now. “When we signed for this movie, I believed we will end up making a good film,” reveals Rajkummar. “You end up having good scenes when you work with better co-actors.”

Directed by National Award winner Prakash Kovelamudi, the movie is scheduled to release later this year. 

Prod him further on Mental Hai Kya, and Rajkummar keeps quite shut. “But I can promise you that it will be a crazy, quirky and a fun ride for the audience,” he smiles. “I haven’t read such an interesting script in the recent past. We will start shooting soon.”
