Mumbai: Three heavyweights of Bollywood, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Karan Johar had announced on Twitter few weeks ago that they were collaborating on a film.

The film, which was to be produced by Salman and Karan and star Akshay in the lead, is reportedly based on the Battle of Saragarhi.

However, Rajkumar Santoshi is also making a film with Randeep Hooda in the lead on the same subject and Ajay Devgn was also said to be making a film on it.

There were also reports few weeks ago that claimed that Ajay had written an emotional letter to Salman on knowing about him making the film and requested him to back out of the project.

And on Sunday, fresh reports claimed that Salman had finally backed out of the project due to his friendship with Ajay.

However, Salman took to Twitter on Sunday to clarify his views on the reports and had his trademark style of slamming them. He wrote his famous dialogue, ‘ek baar jo maine commitment kar di toh phir main apne aap ki bhi nai sunta’ from ‘Wanted,’ to say that he was very much doing the film.

Randeep had recently stated that they were definitely going ahead with their film and it seems that we could have three films being made on the same subject.
