Bottle gourd (Lauki) and Apple gourd (Tinda) Smoothie
Ingredients:
Bottle gourd, cup, chopped Apple gourd, cup, chopped Water, cup A pinch salt to taste A pinch black pepper powder A pinch roasted cumin powder A dash of lemon juice (Optional)
Method: For a healthy smoothie, taste a slice of lauki to ensure it is not bitter. Blend gourds and water until smooth. Transfer to glass. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper and cumin powders and stir to enhance the taste.

Coconut-Mango-Carrot Smoothie
Ingredients: Sliced carrots, 1 cup Mango, sliced, 1 Plain/low-fat yogurt, 200 ml Coconut milk, 1 cup Honey, 2 tbsp Ice cubes, 2 cups
Method: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Green Monster Smoothie Ingredients: Baby spinach, 2 cups Banana, Natural Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp Plain/ low-fat yogurt, 2 tbsp Chia seeds, 1 tsp Almond milk, 1 tsp Stevia (optional), 1 tsp
Method: Place all of the ingredients in a high power blender and blend until completely smooth. Enjoy immediately!
Tomato Smoothie Ingredients: Tomatoes, chopped, 2 cups Tomato juice, cup Apple juice, cup Carrots, chopped, cup Celery, chopped, cup Lemon juice, 1 tbsp A dash of cayenne pepper Ice cubes, 8-10
Method: Place everything in the blender and mix until smooth.
Broccoli Smoothie Ingredients: Cooked Broccoli, cup Banana, chopped, 1 large Cucumber slices (seedless), cup Pineapple juice, cup
Method: Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
