Nawazuddin Siddhiqui hospitalised, ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’ comes to a halt

: Nawazuddin Siddhiqui, who has been on a career high after ‘Manjhi’, is currently shooting for ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’, and has ‘Raees’ in the pipeline.

The actor was recently was rushed to a suburban hospital in Mumbai last week, after he complained of uneasiness. Reportedly, he was in semi-conscious state and was heard mouthing dialogues as if still in character, in the hospital.

After being treated fever, his health showed no signs of improving and hence they ran another round of tests on him. It is believed, fresh tests detected that he was suffering from dengue. After a week long break, the actor is now feeling much better and will be resuming work soon.

Raman Raghav known as Psycho Raman, committed a spate of murder and assaults in the mid-1960s. It will require a lot of research as very little is known about his early life. Nawazuddin has also been approached for has also been approached for another biopic on the life of an award winning Michelin starred Indian chef Vikas Khanna.
