Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira was discharged from the hospital on Sunday after giving birth to a daughter.

Mumbai: Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput was discharged from the hospital on Sunday after giving birth to a daughter on Friday.

Shahid was spotted holding the newborn in his arms and protecting her not just from the rains and the climate but also from the shutterbugs while leaving from the hospital. Mira’s health also seemed to be fine, looking at the pictures.

Congratulatory messages from the film industry as well as from relatives and well-wishers had started pouring in for the couple since Shahid had announced the birth of a new member in their family.

No doubt that she will be welcomed with prayers, love and a lot of toys at home!
