Anushka Sharma and Shah Rukh Khan to shoot for Imtiaz’ next

Anushka Sharma has recently wrapped up Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, and will now be flying off to Europe to start working on Imtiaz Ali’s next. The actress, who made her debut in Bollywood paired opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, is all set to share screen space with the actor for the third time in the upcoming film.

While this is Anushka’s third pairing with King Khan, post her debut and Jab Tak Hain Jaan, we’ll see the actress collaborating with the Tamasha director for the very first time.

Anushka already has plans up her sleeve for the shoot. The actress was seen sweetly teasing SRK on Instagram when he failed to catch even a single Pokemon. Anushka wrote that they’ll go on a Pokemon adventure together during the shoot in Europe. “Hey sorry @iamsrk ! Can’t say the same for me though see you soon and now we can be Pokemon adventurers together in Europe! Poor Imtiaz!” she wrote.

Reports suggest that King Khan will be shooting for the Imtiaz movie in August, before he moves on to Anand L. Rai’s next. Since Ali’s script was ready and waiting to go on floors, Shah Rukh allotted dates to this movie first. Anand, we hear, is still working on his script and it seemed a wise decision to start the movie once things are in place.

Imtiaz hopes to release the film — touted to be a romantic drama — by early 2017.
