Welcome chachi Chulbuli

The makers of Kaala Teeka have roped in popular actress Ashita Dhawan to portray the character of the behenji-turned-model Chachi Chulbuli in the supernatural fiction thriller. The new character is introduced to bring in much-needed comic relief in the convoluted plot.

Talking about the role, an elated Ashita says, “Chachi is the spice of the show. By virtue of being a loud mouth, she will create all the fun and drama in the series. The character will be a little over-the-top, obviously. She isn’t negative but will create trouble in a funny way.”

She continues, “I believe there are lots of great actors and veterans around, so I will thoroughly enjoy my stint here. As far as the look of the character is concerned, she will be wearing lots of plain classic sarees with amazing borders and heavy blouses.”
