But while phone cameras are getting better all the time -- the hand that holds it, is same old you! And most of us find it difficult to give a steady hand to the phone while taking pictures. The small additional expense of investing in a phone tripod will pay back.

You will find a wide choice at sites like Amazon or Flipkart, from Rs 500 to Rs 3000. Ideally, you should invest in a tripod-selfie stick combo to cover all usage scenarios. Suddenly you will be shooting like a pro -- and your YouTube uploads or Vlogs -- video blogs -- will be that much more popular.
