People have been looking for a variety of ways to relax their bodies from all the stress and are constantly looking for newer, perhaps Japan has the answer. The country has come up with an interesting method for relaxation that is both amusing yet calming; they call it ‘otona maki’.

The trend which has been picked up by many people in Japan involves people having to wrap themselves up like a wonton and sit like a rock for about fifteen minutes. If you’re wondering how it helps, then the method is basically a replica of a child being in a womb and would help the person relax the whole time. Many people are taking this form of relaxation seriously and trying it out; we bet it is relaxing.
