Spinach leaf small - 20 pieces
Sweet curd -80 gms
Sugar -20 gsm
Mint Chutney -25gms
Sounth chutney - 30 gms
Pomegranate seed - 15 gsm
Besan flour - 100 gms
Ajwain - 5 gm
Beetroot - 20 gms lacha
Batter fry the spinach leaves and keep them in oven for getting more crispy taste.
Set the yoghurt and chutneys in a bowl and then add the leaves in layers
Top with second doze of chutney and curd.
Top up with lacha beetroot and amchoor powder
