According to a new lawsuit, Mark Ronson ripped off Roger Troutman and Zapp’s More Bounce to the Ounce. Lastrada Entertainment, which owns the rights to the song, claims that Ronson’s Uptown Funk is a copy, especially the first 48 seconds. However, featured artist Bruno Mars is not being sued.

The suit, obtained by TMZ.com, points out that Ronson even cited Roger and Zapp as influences — and includes comparisons of the songs.

Lastrada is suing Ronson and several video streaming services to stop playing the song. The company is even asking for an unspecified amount in damages.
