In a tweet for the quick recovery of Bachchans, the actress used the word ‘Ayurveda’, leaving the Twitterati to scratch their brains

As soon as the news of Bachchans Amitabh, Abhishek, Aishwarya Rai, and Aaradhya contracting coronavirus was out, the who’s who of the film industry took to their social media accounts to send prayers for their speedy recovery. Among the many such messages that surfaced online, a well-intended tweet by Juhi Chawla caught the attention of netizens.

Sending Twitterati into a tizzy, the actress wrote: “Amitji ... Abhishek ... Ayurveda.... jaldi theek ho jaayenge .. dekhiyega ... (Amitji, Abhishek, Ayurveda will recover soon, you’ll see).” As the netizens took note of the tweet, there was no stopping to the hilarity that ensued.

 

They were left wondering whether the Bol Radha Bol actress was suggesting Ayurveda as a cure to the aggrieved, or if she accidentally wrote ‘Ayurveda’ instead of Aishwarya or Aaradhya. After getting trolled, the actress soon offered a clarification with the following tweet.

“Amitji, Abhishek, Aishwarya & Aaradhya... Our heartfelt best wishes for your speedy recovery My earlier tweet was not a typo, I meant , when I wrote, Ayurveda, that with Nature’s Grace, it will help to recover fast . @SrBachchan @juniorbachchan (sic),” she tweeted. Meanwhile, the senior Bachchan tweeted his heartfelt gratitude to his well-wishers.

“It shall not be possible for me to acknowledge and respond to all the prayers and wishes expressed by them that have shown concern towards Abhishek, Aishwarya, Aaradhya and me..I put my hands together and say ..Thank you for your eternal love and affection (sic),” he wrote.
