Time to pat down

While speaking at the 6th Delhi Economics Conclave, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India had done better in the last 17 months than it had before. He attributed the positive change in key economic indicators — GDP rate, inflation, etc. — to be the result of a “series of well-thought out policies”. May one ask what are these policies exactly Jan Dhan Yojna, Make in India, etc., are still premature. Mr Modi should at least wait for these policies to be afoot before patting his own back.
