A Good Move

The decision of Union law minister Arun Jaitley to hold talks with Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi is a good move to smoothen the Winter Session of Parliament and ensure the passage of important bills stalled in the last session. It is the responsibility of the ruling party to reach out to the Opposition and make the system run well.
