Alia Bhatt loses her cool at fans

Known to be easy-going and friendly in public, Alia Bhatt found herself losing her cool when a group of fans chased her down to her gym, demanding to click pictures with her, recently.

Recounts an eyewitness, “Alia came down from her apartment to the ground floor, to find the usual crowd of expectant fans waiting for a glimpse of her. Alia smiled and waved as usual, but begged them to not click pictures since she was getting late for the gym. When she rushed off to the gym in her car, the fans followed her to the gym. This is when Alia understandably lost her cool and told  her security to intervene.”

In an earlier interview about the adulation of fans she had said, “I love the attention. I love clicking pictures with my fans, interacting with them. But there are times when you want to be left alone — like when you are coming out of a restaurant after a meal with the family. If the fans really love you, they need to respect your need for space when needed.”
