Time to act

It is good to see Pakistan condemning the terrorist attack in Pathankot and offering to “partner with India” to eliminate terrorism in the South Asian region. India must act on the offer without delay. It is wise not to wait or question Pakistan’s offer. India must move jointly with its neighbour to fight and finish terrorism.
