Pass GST soon

India is under immense financial pressure and the Congress must realise that reforms, particularly the Goods and Services Tax Bill, are the need of the hour. Finance minister Arun Jaitley is right in reminding the Opposition of its responsibilities. Rather than stalling both Houses of Parliament, the Congress should allow the bill to be tabled and discussed in the Winter Session.
