The law is equal

Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi’s expression of faith in the judiciary while terming the National Herald case to be “hundred per cent political vendetta coming out of PMO” is baseless. The case pertains to the allegedly illegal acquisition of Associated Journals Ltd by Young Indian Pvt Ltd to recover a loan from the former, taken from the Congress Party funds, and not to a personal vendetta as the Gandhis make it out to be. If they are blameless, they should not be afraid to appear before the court.
