The Delhi government’s 15-day odd-even drive of allowing cars with odd and even number to ply the city’s roads on alternate dates is a welcome step towards cleaning up Delhi’s polluted air. In its success lies the good health of citizens, especially children and elders. While there was much opposition to the plan, one wants to ask whether someone has a foolproof plan to address pollution While this drive may inconvenience citizens, the payoff shall be appreciated in the long term. Here’s wishing the plan a grand success.
