Amend Juvenile Act

When a boy of 15 or 16, whose mind is corrupted, rapes a girl and kills her, he has the mindset of an adult. How can this boy be let off after a couple of years in a correction centre This will certainly be a mockery of justice. He should be given a minimum sentence of 10 years. After that he should be given opportunities to reform himself. The Juvenile Act should be amended suitably.
