Apple will reveal its new iPhone flagship on September 7 at the Graham Bill Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, United States.
While USA will get the device instantly, the company may launch the new devices in India by the next month.
Apple earlier ignored the Indian smartphone market for at least two months after official launches but users can expect the new handsets to come to the country by the first half of October.
The company's need to sell more smartphones in India can be credited to substantial growth of the country's mobile market. The faster launch would also enable the company to increase its 30 per cent penetration rate in the third-largest smartphone market in the world.
Apple Chief Tim Cook's visit to India earlier this year also highlights the company's increased interest to push its products in the Indian market faster.
Apart from inaugurating the Development Centre in Hyderabad, Apple is also in talks with the government to seek permission regarding setting up its stores in the country.
Though Apple did not get permission to set up stores due to local manufacturing problems, the company has managed to register a 56 per cent surge in smartphone sales year-over-year in the Indian market.
Considering these facts, there is a high chance the new handsets will land in India by the first half of October.
