Chinese smartphone manufacturer Letv’s Le Max Pro would be the first smartphone in the world to be powered by Qualcomm’s next-generation Snapdragon 820 chipset.
The Le Max Pro is also speculated to feature Snapdragon Sense ID fingerprint technology, an ultrasonic-based fingerprint biometric technology, which would also be a first to be used in smartphones and tablets. It may also sport Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 for a much faster battery charging than usual.
Another addition in the smartphone’s series of firsts is its 802.11a/d multi-band wireless connectivity with up to 4.6 GB/s speeds.
