When it comes to ultra-premium smartphones, Apple isn’t the only one in the game. Soth Korea’s LG also caters to an elite group of people with exclusive taste in smartphones with their Signature Edition devices. For this year, LG has unveiled the Signature Edition 2018 flagship, which promises one of the most premium smartphone experiences in 2018. Selling for 1,999,800 won (approximately Rs 1,22,820), it easily outshines Apple’s iPhone X in terms of pricing.

The Signature Edition 2018 will be available in Black and White colour variants. The rear panel is made out of Zirconium Ceramic, which promises superior resistance from scratches. Additionally, LG will also allow customers to get their names engraved on the rear panel.

Underneath, the Signature Edition 2018 contains all the flagship silicon bits — a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chips accompanied by 6GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage, which is expandable up to 2TB. The smartphone relies on Android 8.0 Oreo to look after all the errands. There’s a 6-inch QHD+ OLED display with 1440x2880 pixel resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. The display is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top.

When it comes to the optics, the Signature Edition 2018 sports a dual rear camera setup with two 16MP sensors —  the primary sensor offers f/1.6 aperture and 71-degree wide-angle lens, while the secondary sensor comes with f/1.9 aperture, LED flash and 07-degree super-wide-angle lens. An 8MP selfie camera with f/1.9 aperture looks after the camera requirements of the front.

The LG Signature Edition is kept alive by a 3300mAh battery, which supports Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 via a USB-C port alongside Wireless Charging.
