Xiaomi Redmi 4 goes on sale in India, starting at Rs 6,999

Xiaomi Redmi 4 is now available in India through Amazon.in and the company’s official website Mi.com.

For the 2GB/16GB storage variant the Redmi 4 has been priced at Rs 6,999, while the 3GB/32GB model will be available at Rs 8,999.
The other 4GB/64GB variant will go on sale in the Indian market by the end of June and will cost Rs 10,999.
To recall, Redmi 4 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 octa-core processor and VoLTE support. It is equipped with a 13MP rear camera with PDAF (phase detection autofocus) for faster focusing, an LED flash, HDR and panorama modes. It also offers 5MP f/2.2 aperture front camera features a built-in beautify mode.
Customers buying Redmi 4 from Amazon.in can relish an offer of 45 GB free data for 5 months on buying a 1GB or above 4G data pack from Vodafone. Moreover, customers will also get Rs 200 promotion credit on Kindle books on downloading & signing-in to the Kindle app.
