Nokia 5 goes on sale in India from tomorrow

HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, announced the availability of Nokia 5 in India starting August 15, 2017. Nokia 5 will be available across major retail stores in the country at a starting price of Rs 12,499 starting August 15, 2017. The smartphone is available in four colours – Matte Black, Silver, Tempered Blue and Copper. At sales start, consumers will be able to buy Nokia 5 in Matte Black. Silver, Tempered Blue and Copper will be available in the coming weeks.

Vodafone consumers will get 5GB data per month for Rs.149 per month for 3 months on their Nokia 5. Consumers will also get Rs 2500 off (Rs1800 on hotels and Rs700 off on domestic flights) on Makemytrip.com

Nokia 5 features a 5.2-inch HD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 processor and Adreno 505 GPU, coupled with 2GB RAM and have 16GB storage option, 3000mAh battery 13MP rear camera, and an 8MP front camera. It will be available in four colours – Matte Black, Silver, Tempered Blue, and Copper.
