OPPO announced the A7 64GB version in India. The A series has been among OPPO’s best-selling smartphones since its launch here and the new variant comes with 3GB of RAM and 64GB storage. The variant sports 13MP+2MP dual rear cameras and 16MP front camera and is fuelled with a 4230mAh battery. Lastly, it features a waterdrop notched screen and a 3D artistic textured back cover.
Waterdrop Screen: OPPO has always believed a smartphone is not just a tool for communication, but more importantly, a piece of art. The screen features a small droplet shaped notch, which they call “Waterdrop Screen”, inspired by a water drop that is about to fall.
The tiny water drop contains the 16MP front camera and sensors that makes A7 a phone with the highest screen to body ratio in the OPPO A series. The display spans 6.2-inched with an HD resolution Incell panel and protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass. Based on Android 8.1, OPPO A7 runs on its own custom ColorOS 5.2 Operating System.
The OPPO A7 is priced at Rs 14,990.
