OYO partners MoEngage for Cross-channel marketing automation needs

In a competitive POC (Proof of Concept) exercise, MoEngage, a California based marketing automation platform, has won the mandate to drive Cross-channel Marketing Automation needs for OYO.

After a three-month Proof of Concept (POC), India’s largest hospitality company, OYO, signed on MoEngage Intelligent Marketing Cloud.

With over 4500+ exclusive hotels in 150 cities in India, Malaysia and Nepal, OYO was looking to partner with a Marketing Cloud platform to augment its delivery rates, seamless user engagement across channels and dynamic hotel recommendations. OYO zeroed in on MoEngage for the POC, after a detailed evaluation of other platforms.
