With this service, transferring speeds can reach up to 20 Mbps.
Xiaomi has introduced an Inter-Transfer Alliance Group. With Xiaomi themselves, Oppo and Vivo will also join the service group to create an AirDrop-like service for transferring files wirelessly.
At the moment, the platform is being tested on open beta mode. Once finalised, the app will let users exchange photos and documents simply by swiping or clicking.
As per Xiaomi, this service won’t use a lot of battery or internet data or even a third-party app as it will be solely based on Bluetooth itself. Xiaomi is also welcoming other companies to join this alliance group and it is very much likely that brands like Realme and Redmi will also sport this new service in future.
With this service, transferring speeds can reach up to 20 Mbps, meaning a 700-800MB file would be easily transferred under two minutes.
