These days, it is so cool to have an Apple device. If you want to enjoy a good social status, you got to have an iPhone, a MacBook, an iPod, Apple Watch and all other Apple branded devices. It doesn’t stop there, it is also cool to have merchandised Apple products. If your plain white T-shirt has the Apple logo printed on it, it makes you look cool. So, how about some vintage Apple sneakers?

Heritage Auctions is planning to list a pair of Apple-branded sneakers in mint condition on eBay. The white sneakers feature the old rainbow Apple logo on the side. The shoes are extremely rare, not because they are old but they never left the prototype stage. The shoes were only given to employees of Apple. The pair selling on eBay is in mint condition, which means they will cost the buyer $15,000.

However, Heritage Auctions says that the Apple sneakers actually have a value of $30,000. So, it wouldn’t be surprising if the threshold for this crosses that mark. After all, anything with a relation to Apple sells for copious amounts of money. A leather jacket belonging to Steve Jobs sold for $22,000 last year.
