This new integrated access device (IAD) is based on the Gigabit EPON technology.
DIGISOL announced the release of the GEPON ONU 300Mbps Wi-Fi IAD. The DG-GR1342 is a terminal device, designed for fulfilling FTTH and triple play service demand of fixed network operators or cable operators.
This product is based on the Gigabit EPON technology, which has high ratio of performance to price, and the technology of 802.11n WiFi (2T2R), Layer 2/3 and high-quality VoIP as well. Epson says DG-GR1342 is highly reliable and easy to maintain, with guaranteed QoS for different service. And, is fully compliant with technical regulations such as IEEE802.3ah.
This new integrated access device features plug and play, auto-detecting, auto-configuration, auto firmware upgrade and also supports NAT and Firewall functions. In terms of connectivity, this device supports IPv4 and IPv6 dual stack. This product has an integrated OAM remote configuration and maintenance functions.
The company claims that its new product has support for rich QinQ VLAN functions and IGMP Snooping multicast features. The device also has an integrated line testing compliant with GR-909 on POTS. The DIGISOL DG-GR1342 is available at a street price of Rs 5499.
