Sony launches new SRS-XB01 speaker
Sony claims that the pocket-sized speaker creates deeper and richer bass with high sound pressure.
Sony India has launched a new SRS-XB01 wireless speaker under its Extra Bass series which promises to deliver powerful 'Extra Bass' sound on-the-go.
The company claims that the pocket-sized speaker creates deeper and richer bass with high sound pressure. The speaker is IPX5 certified water-resistant and is protected from sprays and spills.
The SRS-XB01 is powered by an 800mAh battery, which promises to deliver up to 6 hours of continuous music playback. The speaker is said to be designed for EDM genre of music. It has a built-in microphone for hands-free calling and offers Bluetooth 4.2 with a range of up to 10m. It also features playback through audio input and offers a micro USB port.
The portable speaker weighs about 160gm and comes in Blue, Red, White, Black, Green, Yellow colour options. The SRS-XB01 will be available across all Sony Centers, major electronic stores in India and via Flipkart. It comes with a price label of Rs 2,590.
