The Emirate’s extremely rich police force, which already has a Bugatti Veyron on the ready, is thinking green as it inducts BMW’s game-changing hybrid into the roster. And when the car’s running on its electric engine, you won’t even hear it coming! But do not for a second think you can outrun this thing. The i8 reaches a top speed of 155 miles per hour and can do a quick 0-60 in 4.2 seconds.
