Rajveer Shah and Rutvick Nagle sneaked into the sub junior boys semi-finals, in the second CCI Juniors Prize Money Table Tennis tournament, at the Cricket Club of India, on Tuesday.

In a gripping three-way battle in which Shah, Nagle and Aditya Shinde won two and lost one each in Group A, Shah won eight games while Nagle won six to pip Shinde who won four ties in an exciting round robin that lit up the competition. Hrishikesh Malhotra and Jash Jobalia made it to the semi-finals from Group B.

Among the sub junior girls, Nimisha Warang and Tia D’Souza progressed to the last four from Group A, while Vidhi Shah and Sampada Bhiwandkar advanced from Group B.
