Myrmidon SC and Maryland United shared hounors as they were engaged in an exciting 1-1 draw in a Group-A league match of the third Borivali Premier Football League at the St. Francis D’Assisi High School ground.
The Myrmidon outfit consisting of talented youngsters put up a determined performance and scored through Nihar Jadhav, while Maryland United got their goal through Brendon D’Mello. Shivansh Rao (Myrmidon) won the ‘Player of the Match’ award.
In another well-contested encounter, Shubham Mane scored the equalizer as Ruthless SC rallied to force a draw with Fleet Footers SC. K. Pereira was on target for Fleet Footers. Shubham Mane (Ruthless) bagged the ‘Player of the Match’ award.
