In the boys’ under-12 division, Nehal Gamre odf Mumbai Rush walked away with the ‘Best Striker’ award.

Mumbai: Bhupati Chandra of Football School of India and Jedan Irani of Kenkre FC were declared as the ‘Best Strikers’ in the boys’ under-16 and boys’ under-14 categories respectively in the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) Youth League 2017-2018. Both Bhupati and Jedan received their awards during the MDFA Awards Night 2017-2018 function at the Cooperage Football Stadium. In the boys’ under-12 division, Nehal Gamre odf Mumbai Rush walked away with the ‘Best Striker’ award.

Second Division champions, JMJ Sports Club had more reasons to rejoice as two of their players, Christopher Sequeira and Scott Moraes won the ‘Best Midfielder’ and ‘Best Goalkeeper’ awards.
