New Delhi: A fine century by man-of-the-match Rahul Shokeen helped Gursharan School beat RR Club by 103 runs in the 1st Dilvinder Singh Narang day/night cricket tournament here on Wednesday.
Buoyed by Shokeen’s 91-ball 135 that included 16 boundaries and two sixes, Gursharan School posted 239/4 in 30 overs. Shokeen received vital support from Piyush Taneja (57) during their innings.
Sumit (5/27) and Rahul (2/2) then wrecked RRClub’s run chase, as they folded for only 136 in 26 overs.
