New Delhi: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) executive committee chairman Najam Sethi on Monday informed that Pakistan's opening batsman Nasir Jamshed has been provisionally suspended from playing all forms of cricket for violating the cricket body's anti-corruption code.

"PCB has provisionally suspended Nasir Jamshed from all forms of cricket for violating its anti-corruption code @TheRealPCB," Sethi tweeted.

This development comes after the PCB suspended Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif under its Anti-Corruption Code as part of an ongoing investigation into an international syndicate which is believed to be attempting to corrupt the ongoing Pakistan Super League being played in Dubai.

Jamshed has so far played two Tests and 48 ODIs and 18 T20Is for Pakistan.
