Dishan Rane ton propels Singhania into semis
Rane hit the first century in the competition in five years, which earned him the man-of-the-match award.
An unbeaten 101 by Dishan Rane led Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania into the semi-finals of the Association of ICSE Schools in Maharashtra (AISM) Regional T20 Inter-Schools Cricket Tournament, organised by N.L. Dalmia High School, Mira Road, at the Oval Maidan on Thursday.
Rane hit the first century in the competition in five years, which earned him the man-of-the-match award. Electing to bat, Singhania amassed 218 for one in 20 overs against Anubhuti School who scored 89 for 9 in 14.3 overs. In the penultimate round, Singhania will take on CNM who beat Horizon Academy by 68 runs after man-of-the-match Kabir Nanavati took five for 18 runs. Gokuldham will now play Lilavati Poddar, Santacruz.
