At a recent event Richa Chaddha was completely caught offguard when asked if she is a part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus Ram Leela. There are strong rumours that the film which has Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles, also has Richa essaying an important part. In fact, if sources are to be believed, then she plays the second lead in the film and has already started shooting for it too. Considering the levels of secrecy observed on the sets of Sanjay’s films, this news was not supposed to be out. So understandably, Richa was completely shocked when probed about it. She tried to collect herself and said, “No comments on that film.” When probed further, she clarified, “I was at a dance rehearsal for another film and not Ram Leela.” However, her hesitation was a dead giveaway that she is in fact doing the film. Next time do better, Richa.
