SRK, Gauri, Peecee, Nick, Ranbir, Alia glam Akash, Shloka's engagement up

Mukesh Ambani, with Akash and daughter Isha, arrive to receive his would-be daughter-in-law Shloka Mehta.

Shloka on her way to the Antilla, the popular residence of the famous family, where the ceremony was held.

Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan were among the first ones to arrive and looked beautiful together, the former dapper in a black suit and his lady stunning in an embroidered Anarkali suit.

Ranbir Kapoor arrived with his close friend and frequent collaborator Ayan Mukerji. ‘The ‘Sanju’ actor wore a Nehru jacket, kurta-pyjama combination while the director wore a bandhgala and trousers.

Alia didn’t arrive with boyfriend Ranbir, but she looked graceful dressed in a pink floral print saree designed by Manish Malhotra, with bindi and earrings adding to her look.

The trio’s ‘Brahamastra’ producer Karan Johar also chose a Manish Malhotra design, posing in style in a red velvet sherwani.

Sachin Tendulkar, who shares great equation with the family courtesy captaining and mentoring their cricket team in the last decade, colour co-ordinated with wife Anjali in traditional outfits.

New couple on the block, Priyanka Chopra arrived with Nick Jonas. The actress dazzled in a red saree with glittery sleeveless blouse, while the artiste complemented her well in his suited up avatar.

The soon-to-be married couple Akash and Shloka, dressed in lovely traditional attires, pose for the cameras after being engaged.
