Man to give away Rs 1 cr flat for free to the needy

Being able to afford a house is always difficult if you are barely able to make two ends meet and any sort of good deal is a blessing. A man is giving away his fully-furnished free of mortgage to anybody who is in desperate need of it.

According to a report in the Metro, a millionaire Marco Robinson has decided to give away his property to anybody who he thinks is in real need of it. The father of two who also owns 150 other properties in the world is keen to sell it because he wants to help people make a better life by contributing to it. Robinson is also willing to pay council tax for the house for as long as the family wants him to.

The millionaire has taken up the task to look for somebody as he believes that is where he started out and he got help from the unlikeliest of people and so he thinks he can help the individual or family out by making their life significant.
