The news that India hinted that action against terror by Pakistan was a greater priority than resumption of bilateral talks is welcome. It is time we go on the offensive to teach our errant neighbour a lesson, that too in a language it understands. The time has come for Pakistan to realise the need for it to change its attitude on terrorism. Till then, bilateral talks will have to wait.
