Quiz kin of boy who ran away with minor: Bombay High Court

Mumbai: The Bombay high court has directed the police to thoroughly interrogate the family of a boy who has run away with a minor girl as well as take steps to modify the bail conditions of three persons, who allegedly helped the boy, when he left with the girl. The court said that in light of the sensitive nature of the case, it would be monitoring the investigation.

A division bench, of Justice S.C. Dharmadhikari and Justice Bharti Dangre, was hearing a writ petition filed by a father seeking directions to the investigating agency to find his minor daughter who had allegedly left with a boy and was missing since December 29, 2017, but she had not been traced.
