Heavy rains, thunderstorm lash parts of Mumbai

No major rainfall was witnessed in Eastern and Western Suburbs.

Mumbai: Mumbai witnessed light rains on Thursday along with few instances of lightning during the night. The city area of Mumbai saw rainfall at 39mm between 7pm and 8pm in Rawali Camp area. Meanwhile, the F/S ward received 37mm of rain, followed by B and C ward(33mm), F/N ward (30mm) and G/S ward(25mm). No major rainfall was witnessed in Eastern and Western Suburbs.
